Bless you all, my gentle warriors here on the Crazy Sexy Cancer pages who have prayed with me, laughed together and shared in this life journey! I got a clean scan yesterday. No trace of visible cancer anywhere. Pray for a clean scan :)

Once more into the breach, my lovelies! My scan is Thursday Oct. 2nd at 10am Pacific Time. Anyone who wants to send me that amazing healing energy, I will ask to receive it! Completed what should be last treatment Sept. 15th

I just completed my last treatment yesterday. It went well. The only 'ugh' moment I had was when I asked the doctor if I should schedule the appointment for the radiologist (there is discussion about having some local radiation...perhaps a few weeks) he said, "let's wait for the scan to make sure there are no surprises." Doesn't that just get you in the gut? I put my hand on his arm and with all the hope I could muster I said, "there won't be any." And that is my prayer, Sexy Posse, that the can…

nearing the end of treatment...

The end is near and the end is also hard. It takes so much love and inspiration to keep going one day at a time. What was originally thought to be three months of chemo turned into almost a year....add steroids to the mix and it's all been a bit daunting. But I'm here, I'm surviving and every day I believe more and more in my total healing. My last treatment is September 15th, I will have a scan two weeks later.
