About Me:: I am a 44 year old single mom to a wonderful 12 year old son. I was diagnosed the end of Jan 2008 with Stage IV Colon Cancer with mets to the Liver and Lungs. At the end of May, all was looking up - Lungs were clear and liver tumors decreasing - 3 weeks later - chemo stopped working - Tumors in my liver started growing like wildfire. Now my liver is very enlarged, and I am on 2 new chemo drugs. Considering Clinical Trials, but looking into other options.

Have you considered any alternative programs, in addition to your chemo? There are sites here about all raw lifestyle and Gerson, among other blogs - you may find it very helpful!

Things are rough for you right now....I'm glad you've joined this supportive, loving place!
I was dx w/ breast canser 4 yrs ago & this fall w/ mets to my liver & bone. So, stage IV breast canser....blah!
I am starting a new chemo regimen at a new place next week....Cancer Treatmetn Centers of America in Philadelphia. I'm very excited about it!
I'm hangong onto hope & happiness.....aren't we both!

Keep a postive attitude-I swear that is the best way to rid this terrible stuff.
You will see your son grow up-prayer is very powerful.
