Living in Costa Rica, moved here last year to begin a journey of health in Spirit, Mind, and body. Somewhere in the rat race I had lost myself. In the USA I served as a psychologist / counselor and director of a Community Mental Health Center. I love my profession, and now continue to work in a more natural, nurturing and holistic environment. I am a bit crazy and love life. My favorite places are found the ocean, the rainforest, the mountains, and in the arms of people I love.

I'm jealous!! Would love to vacate the cancer cluster I dwell in and make a monumental move to a healthy place. I have friends who have homes in Costa Rica and they say it's paradise! Too many ties that bind me...maybe someday I'll say enough is enough!
