NAMELY DEAR
Callie Kriss Carr
Lola Bloom Lauren Sudari
Regarding reality that we face
The two mental exercises
Human mind finds difficult
To agree with
NAMELY
A
To imagine the time-space in the pre-human era
The Universe without witness
Mass without self awareness
Complex beyond grasp and measure
Devoid of purpose
Bold blind heavy ice rock storm
Invisible in motion and dark
Light millennia ahead and past
Collisions explosions
Capital WHY
With no one anywhere out there to answer
Then next
The exercise B
The street one knows every nook
And cranny about through and through
DEARLY
For years and years and years
The corner grocery store
The apple orchard in blossom
Wind in the brunches over brick ramparts in May
The loose plank in the fence
Past the dirt play ground
Where ivy keeps vigil
To imagine how these will continue
When one is no longer among them
When one
One of all our names spelled as one dear
Is no longer
Never having lived to the full
Neither in full having seen in full spectrum
The living riddle’s dimentions and content
Why
Without self awareness
Without answers
Matter is as good as nonexistent
All the Moons black holes neutrinos
For ever and ever
Unnecessary
Unnecessarily awhirl amiss amok
Unless all in all they are to be understood
To amount to
A kind of initial effort
In the cosmic saga
Gravity inherent in matter in charge
A leap forward
Towards self knowledge in a journey
That eventually
Ameba algae ants antelopes past
Will come up with
And use our human eyes
Use our reason
in order
to accomplish whole-ty
Men-kind a vehicle of transformation
Of matter into les penses
O how glad we are
Beings of universal necessity
How precious how deep rooted
Stars our true lineage
With our cough lost buttons thin worn soles
Of our shoes
How dearly central in the designs of matter
We forgive on credit all the wrong and ills
That we are bound to suffer
Callie Kris Carr
Lola Bloom Laurel Sundari
Anybody else dear
To suffer as in the other exercise
The B one we never tire of it
The street outside the window how its life
Will continue
Small everyday change
On and on calendars in and out
Beginning with when someone
Someone anybody
The next tenant moves in and replaces
Our stuff with her’s or his’ or theirs’
of us
Keeping only the chair right there
By the window where we left it empty
Like we did they in turn will do
Mutandi mutandis our heart-beat the rhythm
Like we did they in turn will do
Mutandi mutandis our heart-beat the rythm
