About Me:: Hello! I am on a mission to fully "awaken" and live the healthiest life possible. My mother is a breast cancer survivor. I love her dearly, and yet I am so completely frustrated with the fact that she has not changed anything about her life after her diagnosis, surgeries, and remission. Still she overeats all the wrong foods and never moves. It makes me crazy! I want so much for her to wake up and clean up her life. This desire has ignited a passion in me to improve my own health, as well as the health of my two children. I went vegetarian a year and a half ago, I juice, dehydrate, buy exclusively organic and natural foods. More recently I have focused on cleaning up my dark thoughts and abusive inner voices. I'm forgiving myself for things I've done in the past, and I am trying to live as authentic a life as I can. I am SO inspired by Keri and her story, and she embodies the quality of person I want to be.

Favorite Book:: Most recently I have loved books by Eckart Tolle, Louise L. Hays, and Jerry and Ester Hicks.

What's your personal mission statement?: I want to constantly evolve and grow. At 95 years of age I want to look back at my life with love and gratitude and know that I lived it to the fullest.

Glad to hear that you are living the healthy life. It takes effort to change from the standard western/crap diet, but is so worth it for the benefits to us and the environment. Good luck with your mom. Maybe with your encouragement and enthusiasm you can help facilitate some changes with her diet. Even just cutting down on sugar (like using Stevia to sweeten) can help.
