About Me:
I am a single mom of three kids living in Vermont. My oldest child, a daughter, is 15 and is completing traditional chemotherapy for ALL Leukemia. My middle son is a healthy 12 year old, and my youngest child is 7 and suffers from ADHD and bi-polar disorder. I am interested in creating a more green and healthy environment and learning about how foods can help prevent/help cure cancer and perhaps what foods will help my youngest son's ADHD/Bi-polar.

I feel as if I am emerging from some sort of self-inflicted cocoon. I haven't purposefully been avoiding my Crazy Sexy Life...but I sure do feel like I've been bound up in a shell of safety lately. Some days it is just one thing after another. Such are the days of my life. Every time I see that little glimmer of hope out there, someone steps in and whips out the rug. Yesterday my little fur baby, Sox, left us. I returned home after my son's baseball game to find him right where I left him, tucked in on my bed -- and he was gone. Hi Vicki: Thanks for getting in touch with me. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone with the last name of Wheaton in Ithaca...and I asked my husband, but he doesn't either. My husband went to Ithaca College, as did his dad, and his grandfather taught there. Small world! ... I do like Ithaca too. If you ever travel this way let me know and we can meet up at the farmer's market or something.

It was a beautiful morning, but as the day dragged on I was glad to see it come to a close finally. LOL How the heck are you doing luv?? You should totally set aside a whole weekend to go antiquing. It's so much fun. I do have trouble when I do it because dust will set my allergies off, and those places are a dust haven, but I just plow right on through! If I think about it beforehand i'll pop a benedryl or something... haha.

Wow- small world! When we first came to FL 2 years ago, the first job I could find was in Port Richey, so for 4 months I commuted all that way. Thank god that was not at today's gas prices, because it was expensive even then- I had to fill up almost every other day!
