Cool I can totaly relate to the self sabotage group. I am so there. Deep down I know this is the path in which I should follow, but homade mac & cheese and such scream out my name. The worst of it is I am allergic to dairy! Go figure!!!
I would love to stop in!! I'm driving up in my little 80s Honda civic, so it may well need a rest too! I am packing it with all of my essential items ~ my bike, clothes and my juicer! To be honest, I am freaking out a little, but 80% of me says I am doing the right thing. The other 20% is concerned that I don't actually know anyone up that way, so no support or social network etc... but I just really need to get out of the city for a while, at the very least a few months and slow life down a little. I'm leaving at the end of August, so I reckon I'll be in your neck of the woods early September. I'll keep in touch for sure. Have you always been in Newcastle or have you moved there post-C?
Hi Tracy
Good to hear from you. Yes, I'm also on Tamoxifen - only 3 and a half years to go!! It's driving me bonkers as I am sure that it is you too!! I've been inspired by Kris's book and have decided to head to northern NSW to get back in touch with my inner hippy. Lots of yoga, meditation and fresh produce where I'm headed! Whereabouts are you?

Hi Tracy
I too am in Australia - Melbourne. Wanted to say hi and let you know that I hear ya sista! I was diagnosed with BC 2 years ago in August, and am one boob down - well, I have a fake one, but with a great big dirty scar right across the center of my boob and a northwards facing nipple. I really have to get shaking my ass and work on those pins!!! And hey, scars a sexy! Oh, and I'm also yet to get back into the running thing... still trying to get on top of all these meds they've got me on. You're not on Zoladex by any chance are you? I'd be interested to know your experiences if you are. Anywho, drop me a line if you fancy a chat.
