About Me:: I'm a 46 year old, mother of five. I don't have canser, I have lupus and fibromyalgia. I love reading, learning, crocheting, painting, children, God, elephants, CSC lifestyle, the Boston Red Sox, family and friends. I have been unable to work for about four years now. But when my health allows, I love to crochet for my family and friends. I also crochet cat blankets for Kitty Angels. I just started making blanket squares for Warm Up America. Again , when health allows, I love to read, right now I'm lovin PH Miracle, A New Earth and The Raw Gormet. I must confess that to get away from it all, I always have a good 'ole romance novel going.LOL. One last thing, I thank God every night for the blessing of Kris and all she has brought to my life !

Red Sox win 2-1

It's official...baseball season has begun for The Boston Red Sox. I can now smell spring...I can almost hear the crack of the bat...see Papi up at bat...the boys of summer are back. I love it...but it's always bittersweet for me...those first few games bring me back...back to someplace I'd rather not go...childhood.I found baseball when I was about eight .I was helping a young couple take care of their three afghan hounds. I heard your news through Goony. The waiting game I know all too well. I always prepare for the worst and pray for the best. It's easy for someone to say just don't think about it. That's ALL you want to think about. I guess I just try to keep my mind occupied as much as possible and remain positive. It takes a lot of willpower but I am sure you have tons. I am praying for you. By the way, my sister has really bad fibromyalgia too she's been struggling with and just became pregnant. She is in constant pain.
