I have a friend who has just been diagnosed with stage iv and is having trouble finding any positive information (ie anything that gives her more than about 2 years). I would be so grateful for any information or treatments etc that your sister has found worthwhile ... I really want to be positive for her, and yours is the first comment I've found that offers hope.

I haven't started actually eating RAW, but now that I am reading this website and looking at books....I totally am so aware of how I eat and it is BAD. The biggest problem is my job, I work all shifts, double back and sometimes it is so busy we just eat handfuls of whatever is there and keep working. Another problem I have is years of a bad habit....I associate food with gaining weight. So, I always try to eat so little or none and that is completely the wrong thing to do......aaargh the battle in my head, shows up on my hips. And while I am pouring my thoughts out to you on a blog, I wanted to get this out. I don't have canser and lately I feel dumb/bad/worthless that I can take control of my life to get healthy when nothing is stopping me. I should be doing this now BEFORE I have to.
