About Me:: Hello! I am a single mom raising 2 wonderful, amazing boys on my own. Balance is my biggest challenge because I do it all! Work full time, raise the boys, and try to live the best life possible despite current struggles and circumstances. Crazy Sexy Cancer changed my life! I have watched the movie 3 times and I am totally in love with Kris (it's true I have a girl-crush). I love the spirit and fun and Kris brings to the table despite the fact that she was told she has cancer. This movie has brought me so much hope, so many tools for healthy living and loving life! You can actually see the heavy metals get sucked out of your body. We sat in a far-infared sauna while soaking our feet....it's incredible, and if you have the opportunity to experience this DO IT! Felt amazing, great energy and people at work told me my skin was glowing! Then started having a lot of digestive probs-terrible heartburn, pain, constant belching and eventually I just stopped. It took quite a while for the reflux symptoms to go away and I was even on medication for it ...yuck...Now after doing more reading on food combing and keeping things simplier I am getting ready to venture back. I long to be a raw foodie-but it has proven tough for me, and stopping the sugar is brutal GGGRRRRRRR! I keep trying! would love to hear more about how you transitioned into this lifestyle.
