seems you have alot of cool dining options, i have to agree with kriss tho, famers market is your best bet (organic) if it aint raw or a fruit or veggge, unless its nuts, seeds or seaweed, ya dont need it!
your 5 yr old will take her cues from you, just chop everthing finely and let her eat it in a fun way, with cute toothpicks (the kind with pretty tops?) or a tiny silver fork? (the kind used for speical occasions?) and some dip perhaps, some heatlhy tahini? anna

and didnt yell at me for tossing pillows, water pitchers and anything else handy at the annoying, young, very cute, not a scar on her body, physical therapist, who learned from a book how we should feel and behave. soldiers who have lost limbs and accident victims are a great source of support, they often have feelings about missing parts that mirror our own and dont think we are nuts for tossing stuff

if you have 5 yr old its a great time to take her to the big blue to meet the sea turtles:) she will never forget and neither will you, take lots of photos, a waterproof camera from walmart works really well, make sure you are close to the surface for light:)
