I was drawn to joining My Crazy Sexy Life after reading Kris Carrs blog whilst searching for raw vegan information online. The stories I read here continually remind me that there are incredibly brave, couragous and truly lovely people on this planet.

This is where I'm from, Where are you from?

I am from………. I am from Scottish Waters, from Orkney fudge and copious amounts of Tetley tea. I am from remote Northern Islands, Bloo-toon cottages, a Granite-City, red-brick Irish halls, European flat lands of wooden shoes, a royal university and other technical institutions in which I have striven to learn and get good marks, from people I look forward to seeing during the short and grey summer months, from a now not so secret sanctuary I’m very fortunate to share for a few months each year…

I lived in Alaska 6 years and, when I returned to Texas I found it difficult to understand my sister (who has lived in Texas almost her entire life). Do you have an accent?
