About Me:: I am a 49 year old woman with two children, a daughter who is 19 and a son who is 16, they are My Pride & Joy.... I have been divorced over 8 years and as of 2 years ago my children moved in with their father & his new wife and her two teenage children. (LONG STORY).... This was THE HARDEST THING I EVER HAD TO DO.... Was allow them to live with him. I was in a HORRIBLE EMOTIONAL STATE and felt at the time they would be better with him.

My Surgery For My Bladder Canser June 2008 went AMAZING... Tumor was small and all that is needed now is Systoscopy's Every 3 Months. I am Extremly Lucky & Very "Grateful"!!!!!!!!!

I have been reading your blogs and know you have had a great deal on your plate on not just for one day, like I had, but for many many days!

As for what is going on for me - I thought I was finally on my way and my surgeon resigned (he did this because he was fed up with the treatment I, and a couple others, were receiving) He has moved to another hospital but it has taken nearly a month to renovate an operating room to his specs (the reason I wait for him is he does a procedure no one else does yet and it requires specialized equipment). Everything was finally complete and he gets the flu - lovely. I am hopefully and am as healthy as an ox!

At 7:43am on October 7th, 2008, Jennifer said…: Oh boy Leslie. I feel your pain. Before my kids, which is befor Fibro, I ran 4 miles a day a dead-lifted. When I got pregnant i put on 100 Lbs both times. This time it's not coming off and the MDS say that all this trauma to my body just resulted in Fibro. I had to mourn the old me and say hello to the new me. It's still very hard. I do have a great support system. My husband and mother assit with the baby with a flare. My day ends at 8pm and then I walk the night. BUT, these steps have hepled me alot. I take MonaVie which is a health drink (4ozs) a day which really helps with the pain. I stay away from sugar which promotes flare-ups. I notice to much sugar makes me swell.. and any exercise helps. YOGA leans and tones and it's gentle on the joints. EVEN IF YOU ARE HURTING.. DO IT!! IT GETS BETTER. The biggest thing is diet...no dairy as well. That is a natural inflammatory. Even skim bothers me. I can eat breads and meats.. but sugar and dairy is a no no. Those adapts should help. You would think I'd be a size 2 but i still have 50 to go and my little one is 2! Keep in touch. Jenn

I am sorry i didn't answer you sooner...we are actually pretty close, i am in Brooklyn!!!

My mom has CLL (Chronic lymphocytic leukemia) and she has been on W&W for 6 years now with no treatment!!! She is doing ok, except for bad case of shingles with a lot of pain!!!

How are you pretty lady?? Whats up in Nassau county??

It was a relatively small number. I'm not going into the whole he stole the election bit... just the numbers that separated the final vote at the end. Damn straight every fuckin vote counts.
